Mr Wiggly

Anybody have any experience with these? I picked up a couple and they sure look effective but I'm wondering if anyone has done any catching on them.

I've used from shore when fishing near deep water (ie canal and breahways) and also trolled from a boat, both very effective.

The action is awesome. I have caught many on them. The only downfall I had with them was the lexan lips. I used them from the rocks in Plymouth and they cannot take a beating, if you know what I mean.

Maybe the lips are'nt lexan?

The newest Mr. Wiggly's are made with a metal lip. I have one but haven't use it yet.

I was going to ask some one to post what one looks like since i havent even really heard of them. I decided to get off my lazy butt and find a picture so others like me can see what these lures look like.

PS I think they look nice. I have caught many bass on bombers that look very much like these

Nice I'll have to get one......I do love the action......just like an eel.
The lips might not have been lexan?? I bought the larger size last year...first time using it, I think I made about 10 casts, then my line wrapped around the rod tip.....S-N-A-P.

I had noticed that Tony Stetzko had one w/ a metal lip on his rod at the PI Show.

yeah he did, and I don't think he was selling any with a metal lip..

I got one from him and can't wait to try it. I love the message on the package that says something to the effect of "keep in mind you are fishing a lure that took my father his whole fishing life to develop"
then it says "call me to let me know what you think"

now THAT is cool.

not much luck on the white and school bus colors. that was 2 oz.

just bought the 1 oz blurple and will be trying that from shore.

don't reel in to fast if you're in the shallows. you'll snag the bottom.

He just responded to a similar question on the site where he hosts a forum.

Stop by his shop--he has them there.
