You have to purchase through a dealer and the dealer has to order it from VS. I've gotten mine through SWE, just give them a call.

VS200 spools are $174.00 Spools used to sometimes be a little tough to get out of Van Staal, I rarely have any issues these days though. All colors seem to be regularly available.
