I usta do alot of canoe fishing. Its the Indian thing.u paddle cross the lake then u gotta paddle back.sucks.i was glad to have one when i was young thou.I rolled it over more than few times. once setting the hook.I always been a big swinger.did the whole trout thing also.Drive a hour an 30, stand in a freezin stream, floating nymphs.to catch fish no bigger than my johnson.it was a experience alright.Did steelies' an salmon.snaggin salmon was cool like hookin a b#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& bronko.15 lb test u find out what the limitations of ur gear are real fast with those things.Did alot of freshwater bass, tourneys an all.anyone can have a good day on the lake now an again.go get em when u got to.u hear all the excuses back at the dock. Then somebody always comes in with a Big limit.taught me alot about perseverance.i think everyone should try all types of fishing it makes u better at the real thing(striper's) in the long run.

Feelin much much better, Thanks...
Kidney Stones, and Acute Diviticulitis at the same time...
but, a week of Cipro, and pushing gravel thru a, er, straw, knocked it all out, and almost me too, that chit rips yer insides out.
Think I'd rather take a beating from Peter Manfredo, prolly hurt less
some diet changes, for both of those, will do the trick, I hope, don't want either one back too soon....

gave up: nuts, seeds, (any kind of either), cukes, tomatoes, raspberry jam, strawberries, popcorn, coffee, colas, etc.,whole buncha other stuff, try to eat less meat, drink a LOT more water, and more fruit juice.
water, water, water.. I'm supposed to try to consume at least a gallon everyday.. I guess the key is to keep the system flushed, good thing is, I'm so damn full of water, I can't get too much more in
oh yeah, teaspoon of metamucil everyday.. cripes, thought that was for old people,,, oh chit, that's right, guess I is one.

Karl, I found that if you have 3 tablespoons of medimusal a day it cleans you out and also the fiber blocks fat from entering your body. oh and did I say it cleaned you out. few but the gas it gives you is hell. I am doing fruit and water but there is no way I am giving up coffee no way. I guess my weight gain was from quiting smoking 1 year and 3 months ago

I'm drinking beer out of heavy glass mugs and bringing them to and from my mouth nearly horizontally (but with a slight arc). I speed up and stop abruptly just before my mouth, sending that beer to its target. Get's my casting arm in shape for fly fishing.
