i was offered a few days out of school, and she'll get my work for me.. but, how am i gonna know what do to? how am i going to retake the quizzes/tests i miss, when i'm unable to stay after school cause i don't have a ride... they aren't providing tutors, only one of my teachers i can contact online.. and for the lawyer part... we can't get one because we can't afford one.. so i'm thinking in this situation, i'm rather screwed..
we're trying to figure out, why this kid was suspended, but he's back in school.. now this pretty much means to him, he can do anything and get away with it... now we all know that if i went after someone with a pair of plyers, i'd be expelled and in court... now what the hell is the problem here??? IT'S NOT FAIR..

start by contacting your state senator and congressman and keep going from there and rattle some cages with some creative letter writing. Lay it all out for them and ask for answers. Criminals should not have more rights than us, just because they can afford a fancy lawyer
If they don't do anything, contact the news.
I don't blame you for being ticked off but maybe use that energy to call some attention to this situation.

Start with the superintendent's office. They probably aren't aware of what's going on at the school level. Demand an explanation from them why the victim has to stay home while the bad guy gets to go to class. Maybe as a result of that your principal might get called for an explanation of why you're the one being penalized. Get a copy of the police report you made---I'd be shocked if you're not entitled to it by law. Have your parents tell the Superintendent, in no uncertain terms, that if you're not back in school by Friday at the latest, their next call is going to be to your state Rep and Senator, then maybe to a local investigative reporter from the Standard-Times. Maybe then, the Providence and Boston TV stations.
