 Erin Go Bragh
May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face.
And rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
Happy St. Patricks Day

its sure is damn chilly
i was building a fire at 4 am....
yesterday morning a racoon was
eating under the bird feeders...
and the deer are grazing under the
full-moon-light around 1:00 am
til 3 am ...out on the back 40.
....but today the cows
arrived... well the cow-birds...
they are jet-black with brown heads.
they dont make a nest ...they just
lay their one egg in other bird's nests.
it's another welcome sign of the arrival of spring.
next its the grackles ,then the spring peepers.
