Mines been bothering me for years, got worse and worse. Doc. stuck me with 3 cortizone shots in each arm over last 4 or 5 months, worked on right arm but not left. |

 See now if I were a vengeful guy, I'd say it was your own fault for doing all those curls 
seriously, try to keep the instructions from the Dr. It will heal faster if you don't mess with it.

Pain
Any doctor, including dentists, that I see have specific instructions from me about PAIN. I tell them that if they cause me pain I will cause them pain. You hurt me, I hurt you. Thta gets their attention real fast.
