About someone taking my money and not doing the work well as you might know I won my judgement and the court gave me triple damages well now we go to our payment review by the way took another 30 days to wait he didnt pay I even said just pay me what you owe $800.00 instead of the $2400.00 the court ordered still wont pay me so the court says $600.00 today and $200.00 a month till the $2400.00 is paid now here is a guy who owns a company takes your money under false pretences gets found responsible ordered to pay triple damages and then they let him make payments I felt like I am the bad guy in that courtroom $600.00 today we will see.

Allow me to gaze into the future....no payments...30-60-90-120 more days...contempt of court....Now your going to pay a Sheriff to go serve him with the capius....and hopefully you can arrest him...Been through this many many times. I been screwed every which way you could ever think Mike.

Here's the BEST trick to get your money back.....when it comes time to serve him you have it done at 2-3 pm on a FRIDAY afternoon. Make sure you got a capius in hand....let em go get him...and since you won't find a judge to hear the case immediately on a Friday afternoon he will sit in the klink at the locals for the weekend. Judge might get pissed but lemme tell you it works EVERY time. I had a guy that owed me $2200 for airtime on my site on top of the Hancock tower and he pulled this crap... til he got arrested. Then I had my money 3 days later. You can and do have the legal right to do this.

That's perfect. Every week at work, we get a list from the courts of our residents with warrants. We do the same thing with default warrants. We wait till Friday afternoon and go arrest the a-holes so they can sit in the local House of correction all weekend. The a-holes are made to strip and made to shower upon entry at the jail. Really knocks them down a notch.

I hope you get your money before that Mr. Macey. What an uphill battle though. Keep the faith and let us know how it goes.

Are on my side they threatened him with contempt yesterday and$600.00 of the original $800.00 is back in my pocket today, now its all gravy we have a review in June that girl said I better see a big chunk of this gone he owes $1800.00 more the knit wit because of being stupid and thinking I was going to give up.

Good to hear it is working out for you and that you are getting your money. Good job on going through with the process and seeing it through. I wonder how many other people he has screwed and has gotten away with it - maybe the triple damages might put a crimp in his MO.
