Back problems

Raven....good news!

Many shoulder pains are related to degenerative disc disease in our spines. Everyone has some measure of it. Its an age thing that can be enhanced with trauma from sports, car accidents, genetics, and other injuries.

Finding a decent doctor who won`t treat you for other causes when its a mystery or not, is not always easy. Its a condition that cannot be fixed so some won`t even go there. Hence they make more money off you for not diagnosing it fully and correctly,

Surgery at this time is not a secure fix and often worsens conditions.

Don`t ask me how I know.....

Good health and family

Arrow vicodene yuk....

i cant take any of that stuff....unless in my sleep ...it makes me too nautiuos and upsets my stomach...

about all i take is skelaxin a muscle relaxer (i have a new specialist) so that might of helped too... and of course motrin and naproxin...but i stop taking meds completely
for brief periods to give my liver a break.

im my case the MRI shows a pinched nerve bundle ->because of Osteo- Arthritus.

not to illicite sympathy...but the only thing i can figure is i worked thru it from splitting wood for excercise mainly and or because we had to bury an old beloved dog we had recently lost after 13 years.
chopping thru the frozen earth to get the required depth was no easy task which i had to do while on my knees with a grub-hoe....
....it took me hours....it was almost like concrete.

i have just roto tilled my 30 X 50 garden plot so maybe the tiller shook me loose .... all i know is i have more flexibility now.
