Us out of staters shouldnt be denied access to the shore in any state ! There goes another fishing spot , to those that dont like to share . I bet some of the locals leave trash behind too ! I see your situation DZ at least your trying to open it up to others that have just as much right as the locals to use the shore . Good Luck !
