My set up is for an inboard and different....and I'm not sure what manufacture it is since it is steel and unreadable......but,

although your level looks good there could be a bit of air (the most common problem for sluggishness) in the hoses. I have a needle valve at the working end that lets me rotate the pump "wheel" continuosuly to remove any air and fill when the level drops, you may not have that luxury.

If you do have that option and wanted to flush "clean" your system to maybe free up a ball check you can do this with a bit of diesel "(thin hydraulic oil)" and then refill with hydraulic oil.

Is your piston shaft still straight and not sticking?

Hope you make out OK.
