Go with T-111 siding and make sure you double layer the floor if you plan on putting alot of weight on it and on the roof I'd go with 2x8 16' on center with 1/2" ply. Make sure you put in a couple of collar joists or beams in the celling.

Yes..I did T-111 and used 3/4 tongue and groove for the floor.

T- 111 sucks in my opinion....it warps really fast! I used T & G on my garage!

Larry, was the T&G you used pine, cedar, something else ?

Pine. I loved it....went up easy and looks great! Worth every penny in my opinion. Just prime after you put it up with the gold Zinseer cover stain to kill the knots and the pitch bleed through!
