Yeah I saw the post raven made and his calender is actually the wallpaper on my work heh. Why do you think the bite meters are inacurate. Are there any books out there where one could learn more about this topic?

I think all of the factors that weigh into when is a good time to fish in a technical fashion are not limited to the moon. While it is probably one of the more important factors SOOOOOOO many other variables like wind, tide/current (influenced by the moon), bait, weather system / front, sunrise, sunset, and O Dark Thirty, impacting a particular spot, have a collective impact on the Bite-O-Meter, that cannot be predicted in a web script - certainly vital info to help a decision, but not a predictor. And still the fish need to be there ...

Of course, the best time to go fishing is when you can...
