c.c. canal fishing in may, whos fishing ?????

for me ,i get into fishin when the bass show at the canal...i fish the schoolie first ,but this year the canal will be different,no herrin for the boys..this should be good?? plugs ,jigs ,and rubbers ,plus bait..no herrin..i cant waite''....first week of may ,on the bike /w 2 rods look 4 me

flap.....the herrin are runnin through my back yard again ,,,,i hear voices,,they say"come swim with me ,but no touchie" looks like i,ll need my rubbers...skins too....luv c.cupcake???

i will be taking a trip down there tonight,you never know during this time when that first slug of keepers will come thorugh the canal.

todays schoolie is tomorrows keeper,todays keeper is tomorrows cow,practice catch and release!!!.

Okay so I'm thinking about go to the Canal tonight, shake off some of the cob webs and maybe catch a schoolie or two?

Has anyone gotten into some fish down there yet? Am I wasting my time?

The only things I've seen are schoolies that aren't much bigger than the herring they're harassing.
