Is there a good online source? No one nearby has Tica, at least not in the heavier versions.
Has anyone had one in hand to use? I have heard good things about the Dolphin series rods, but never had the chance to use one.
The only experience I had with Tica was a pair of Gemini reels that I bought a few years ago, I sold them after only one use, they felt great until a fish was on, then they felt like they had no bearings, even with small fish. After that, I never gave Tica another look.
I replaced those two reels with two Penn 975's and they've been great.
My one bad experience with a Tica product I guess has kept me from paying much attention to them.

Try digitaldagger.com. Rich will have what you need.

He lists the Tica Dolphin UGSA11MH2S /11'0" / MH Surf Spin rated for 3 - 8oz at $110.00.

The Grandwave is a great reel, enjoy!

You can’t truly call yourself “peaceful” unless you are capable of great violence.
If you are incapable of violence, you are not peaceful, you are just harmless.
