Newport's Cliffwalk
Has anyone fished off the Cliffwalk? They showed the pictures of the newly repaired cliffwalk on TV the other night, and some spots sure looked good! Does the state allow fishing off the cliffwalk? It reminds me so much of a spot in Narragansett the I use to go with my uncles to catch eels. I mean big eels at that, 3" in dia. and about 3-4' in lenght.

That's another spot that has suffered the "Access" issue. Too much garbage being left behind and now all the parking is restricted. They do use the ticket and tow procedure faithfully, - which completely kills the night fishing,,,, there's always that 5 mile hike from legal parking though...

Fight Club rules generally apply among those that still fish Cliff Walk.
#1 - The first rule of Fight Club is, you do not talk about Fight Club.
#2 - The second rule of Fight Club is, you DO NOT talk about Fight Club.
