ethanol wiped me out last season in CT. I lost three months because of it. I replaced a primer bulb because the check valve let go, the fuel pickup screen, fuel filters, etc.
Are you carbed? I had to take my boat back from the Yamaha tech who let it sit in his yard for weeks. I bought the manual and the carb kits online and figured out how to do the rebuild myself. I was surprised how easy it was. If you rebuild the carbs, get the one gallon can of carb cleaning solution that you dunk the whole carb in overnight.
