My 36 year old 14" Aluminum skiff is finally ready. A month of rebuilding the seats and clean up and repaint. Tomorrow it's daylight launch at a CC Bay ramp ( as long as Mama has nothing else palnned for me). I know who the boss is at my house.
Sunday it's a trip to Charlton to open up the lake house and maybe a few casts for Largemouth Bass.

Why even try.........

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

Probably going out with the Specialist on his new boat tomorrow.
That is if his golf tourney doesn't go too badly today!
Later,
Rick
PS_Mikey was going to go as well, but he blew me off...something about curtain shopping with Mrs. Bomba for their new house!

I'll be taking my first trip out in the tin boat, at daybreak at the same place flap is going I think. Hopefully the wind will not blow as hard as the forecast says and I hope I can get up that early. P.

Home improvement. Taking a break from a straight week of fishing.

It's not the bait
At the end of your line
It's the fishing hole
Where all the fish is blind
