I am running the 492, and I really like it. Like Bob said it is color, easily readable in sunlight, fast refresh rate, and the new G2 charts. The sloppyness in the swivel mount was just operator error. I tightened down the knurled knob that supplies the tension, and no more dancing. So far I am satisfied.
