A few years ago. Still runs strong. New paint since. Fun boat that can get into some shallow water.

well... yes i know boats = $$$ and i dont have much of that laying around these days, but i am going to keep it on a trailer and use it every once in a while. Surfcasting is in my blood and will still do that most of the time.
heres some pics... the engine is a '89 evenrude 115. If i can swing it i will try to pick up a 90 honda 4 stroke- thats all i need i think...
heres some pics of the beast. AS you can see by looking at the console it needs some TLC, but I am only looking at this as a workhorse fishing boat..

about 12 years ago me and my dad dumped a 10 lb bag of popcorn right at the hairpin turn at brenton point.......... If i only had a camera. A dude in a moped came burning around the corner and hit 3 gulls at once. we were lucky no one got hurt, but man oh man what a trip
Boat update- hull has been compounded to a mirror shine, teak has been cleaned.. engine wont start and i am ready to sell it

Not counting all the women walking down Thames, there's few things I miss more then rental moped accidents at the old 561 Thames Edition of the Saltwater Edge.
The rental place was just 100 yards or so up the street and they always seemed to hit cars, each other, flower pots, fire hydrants, mail boxes, etc on a monthly basis. I loved it.
That and tossing a dead eel out into the street was always good for a laugh...

"E-TEC" thats what you need eben. Best 2-stroke on the market. AND the lightest of any of the new 2 or 4 strokes.Less weight, better economy. Thats the name of the game now!!!
