Somewhat related

Years ago chunking in a quiet back bay spot:

two baitrunners spiked and I couldn`t keep up with the hits so went to one rod I held.

one year later fishing with four guys all wading out as far as we could, same spot.... some action but not nearly as good sitting on shore.

Look at what Stetzko does 10 to 30 feet from the wash ....

I think we wade and rock hop too much at times and muck up the kitchen the bass are wanting to come into. And I`m still repeatedly guilty of this.
Not rock hopping but wading too much.
