What is this lure ???

I'm trying to find out what this lure is and who made it!
I'm pretty sure it's old!!!
It looks to be made of aluminum or some kind of white metal and was cast!
My best guess it is some kind of spoon !
Anyone here know from looking at these pics ???
Thanks

No idea what it's called. Similar to a Moss Boss (freshwater top water). I'm assuming it is used and worked the same way. Basically you toss it out and reel it in fairly quick it rides the surface and will glide/go over most anything. Only thing I'm not certain of is whether the hooks face up skyward so it doesn't hang up. That's my assessment and best guess. I could be wrong but that's what my gut and limited knowledge tells me.

It was made by a company that made the Lipper here in R.I. about10 years ago.

Over the Last Several Years HAB'S NEEDLEFISH Have Caught More "Confirmed" 30, 40, 50, and even 60 pound Striped Bass than any other Wooden Needlefish on the Market today. 2 Over 50lbs. and 1 Over 60lbs. in 2005 alone........... "HOOK UP WITH HAB'S" Your Best Bet For BIG BASS.....
