kevin d Registered User Join Date: Apr 2004 Location: SC Posts: 149	I've never been to northern CA but except for the amusement parks and the desert, I did not like Southern CA, San Diego being the exception. I spent 3 1/2 years in 29 Palms (Marine Corps) and went back for training and more training. Go visit before you pack up and move. The cost of living is unreal. "Its a nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there."
