Since your a year older you may want to look at taking a galoopickus pill, it helps with old age symptoms.
If that doesn't work then maybe you could try mostagioli pineapple fur ground up three times a day  |

4x a day might be too much, It could cause his arteries to harden faster, but you could take Gingersnaps and beer and fix that right up, or even try Oil of fishjuice
