The Flying Fisherman's are supposedly pretty good and are for cheap money - under $20. Most cheap glasses that are "polarized" don't work too well.
I invested almost a hundred smackers on a Costa Del Mar set of "fishing" glasses. They are awesome and well worth it - best pair I have ever owned and I chose lenses that work best for MY needs... I see ledges and fish that no other glasses have gotten me even close to.
From what I have seen otherwise, the Flying Fisherman's are probably the best for under $20 ( The Walmart FLW's I had really sucked in comparison for cheapys), then the low-mid range ActionOptix are good - then the Costas - then the expensive Costas and Maui Jims & Ocean Waves...
Lots of decent choices from $20 to 300
