After being in constrution sense 1980 I learned it is about me and that there is no employer loyalty they just use you up and then dump you when they seem fit, so I just go do my days work and leave work at work, never talk about it at home, I take as much time as I want off and basically don't care anymore, that's probably why I have no job now, well that and poor management. and is actually meaningful during your life....

before perhaps, you just landed a job....
now figure out what you "want" to do...

and you'll end up loving your new job
as for your age ....
your now "very experienced".
