lol...Thanks guys, I havent touched the line since I got it. I believe it's 8lb test. You realy can't put any thing else on it with out coprimising the cast and strenght. Braid would cut in to the plastic guide covers, so thats out. Plus braid I think would break when the fish make runs, since there realy is no drag on them. Line comes out in like 2 foot spurts. Im putting a movie together to send to Zebco along with pics. Maybe I can get some kind of sponser for the fishing academy from it.....They do have a 50" stergeon on the site that came on a Sponge Bob rod, but I have video. Thanks again I will be trying my luck at bones & albies this week................I think I can do it, might take a few, buit I realy think it's possible as long as the fish are in the 4-6lb range. If I can get pass the first innitual run then it's in the bag. I have been fishing all my life and always looking for more knowledge and goals to set. This is my way of challenging my self & having a great time at it. I've gone from being 34 to 6 years old this summer.
