Dennis - I think he was talking about the issues regarding a particular angler that was walking away with lots of fish, Major was the last name, and that had apparently been busted by an EPO with more than the legal amount of fish to be kept.
I have not heard of anything official on that but just happened to notice that the name is absent on the OTW leader board. So logical guess is that either OTW disqualified him
OR he pulled himself out of the competition....
