Nobody is saying the comms are culling, they don't have to. Here's a scenario.

Comm guy has say 10 fish on the boat, some 20's and a few 30's. Decides to weigh in the biggest 30 for the tourney and keep fishing for his limit. Whattaya know, he gets a 40. Keeps that for the tourney and keeps fishing. Later on gets another one even bigger, just throw it on the pile, I'll weigh that one instead. And so on and so on. He's not throwing anything over the side.

Now you tell me how a comm doesn't have an advantage when a rec has to make the decision when to keep a fish when he reaches two.

Major may or may not have broken the law, but this has nothing to do with jealousy .I don't see anyone bitchin' about the guy that now holds the top spot.
