Yep, Just thought it was interesting that Spence could only find fault with conservatives when this actually spanned both Democratic and Republican adminstrations. No surprise there though.

Its human nature well beyond party affiliation ....always has been always will be.

Who says I didn't fault the Dems?
I was talking about outrage today. You would think the conservatives in Congress would be up in arms demanding back payments to help lift some of the weight of the Government (i.e. tax burden) from the people.

No investigation needed all they have to do is read the contract, if it doesn't require royalty payments, they can't get any. Not rocket science!

Well, if there's fraud involved who knows. Do you think these people just covered it up for no reason? You've gotta believe kickbacks are in order...
Sure these are assumptions, but one would think the problem should be well understood and not just glossed over as a silly opps.
