he don't hide it, that's for sure.. I remember the interview he did with Stern a couple years back on the E show.. Howard had Willy roll a "cigarette".. he did it so fast, you would not believe it.. He then asked him if he could do it one hand.. Willy smiled.. did two, one with each hand in short time.. he talked pretty open about it.. claims he don't drink hard stuff no more, and that the smoke is a mellower high.. he ain't far off, just Far Out..
I would think that bus of his, ( ain't hard to miss) travelling down the road, is an easy target for a trooper looking to write a celeb citation...
