haha, i did the same thing, only it was in the street in my front yard, caught the power lines going to my neighbors house  ....who knew that a 3 in pink sluggo would travel so far? 
it was right after buying a new rod at the RISAA show, i just HAD to try it out. |

I did the same thing in the street in front of my house!
It was funny, cause as soon as casted, I knew it was a bad idea...

Yeah, same here. Thing went like a rocket. At least I know I get good distance.
Also tested my line strength. I cut the line, then wrapped it around a stick and pulled as hard as I could, it wouldnt break! This is 15lb mono  |
