I was really looking forward to this as well......I can't make it either.

Here is a question.

Do they keep drawing until someone in attendance actually wins the boat? Or is it the one name and if they are not there....shows over?

I think you put your ticket in the box when you get there, so they know your in attendance.....your name is on it.
