getting there.
what do you think of gorilla glue for the fiberglass to rim/lap joint? whatever you call it?
ie: the glass hull sandwiched between two strips of plywood

there website says 100% waterproof, strongest glue on the planet, etc...

i gotta grind down to raw glass anyways. but maybe that will work better-faster-neater thean mixing cups of fiberglass resin.
i'll resin and matt whear needed, after.

I agree, the whole transom above the waterline should be a freakflag.

Nice clean start! Be sure to mark holes from engine mounts somewhere on hull for reference later, trust me... Should have chimed in earlier, but when we re built a 1957 Beals Island 37', I wished I had referenced everything we took off by weight and location of the weight. When we repowered, the block moved forward, the transom and knees were new, and I raised the coach roof for headroom. All these changes were enough to affect how she floats on her 'new' lines.
You building a plastic shed around her for the winter build? Was always a challenge to get temp up enough to epoxy. I'll be down after the run is done.

The guys over at ClassicSeaCraft define job and project scope by amount of beer cans expended during the particular job. Small to mid projects are < case. There will be keggage involved here Keep up the good work
