BW from AZ Registered User Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: PHX AZ its a DRY HEAT 122 Posts: 244	was on another thread and laptops were brought up and "HP" lost in the service dept. off shore phone opperators, transfers to another higher up(?) and returned with the same problems. my opinion is they are all very close till it comes to repairs and service. then your dealing with the devil.
