I would ask that EVERYONE go out and get typed to be a bone marrow donor. I know they have an active program at the Rhode Island Blood Center. There is information at www.marrow.org
If you do get asked to donate, you will end up spending the night in a hospital and the next day you will have a little back pain like you raked leaves..A small price to pay for a chance at saving someone's life.

P+T for Bob and his family.
On a positive note, my son- in- laws Dad, Ken ,who was given 1 month to live with the leukemia,
came home from the hospital today. After a month in the hospital, the site's P+Ts,
and radiation, his biopsy is clean and white cell count is back to normal.
Knowing all you guys were praying and thinking of him meant alot to him, and i know it helped.
Thanks to all of you again.
