I got a call earlier this afternoon from a friend who keeps his 28ft center console on a mooring in Chatham.
He got a call from the harbor master that the boat sunk and was upside down 
I'm leaving at 4:30am to meet up with him tomorrow and head down there to try to get it to land!  |

West end of the canal at MMA, this was an 1 hr after high tide.

Next was South Cape Beach. Parking lot was already being eaten away at and taken into the sea.
