I know a guy who was over 550 lbs, had that surgery about 3 years ago, is about 225 now and no health problems. |

Mikey's right, you do look like ten years younger now, then when I met you four years ago (that's 14 years, so I beat my brother in the compliment department)!
I've been fighting the good fight myself just with the diet and excercise, and you're right, you and your loved ones feel better every day.

Congrats! I myself promised the last week of Sept. that I would loose 25 pounds by January. So far I have 15 left to go in the next several weeks. Trust me if its ever "moral support" you need in the loosing of weight, you are never alone! |
