heres an update on these jerks-

I emailed them and they insist that they have credited my card, but its not showing up on my online statement..

at this point i am ready to call my bank or visa... not sure which.

Eben - it might be a good idea to let us know who you are having the problem with. Probably prevent someone else having the same dilemma. I always call on the landline before placing a solid order and verify stock......
