I made a couple of those Tattoo, they catch bluefish but I'm sure they would get stripers in the canal now.
I made some small captain bills swimmers for nor_easter and he got a bass over 40 on it with the plug standing up inside the mouth and just a barb sticking in the tongue
he released it since it did not drown.
I'd add those to my list , large popper,small swimmer and large swimmer. Capt. Bills work well. Also Atom p-40
