Woman is headed to visit her oldest daughter for the weekend ... taking the little one which will be too bad as during the work week I don't get to spend too much time with her ... but it will be nice just to work on my tackle or even do nothing for the entire weekend ...

Faxed in my job offer acceptance this AM, going to enjoy my last Sunday off, and my last week on first shift. Then the fun begins. I think I see some time in the shop ahead of me, gotta get my swap plugs drilled and sealed. I may toss a fly into the local pond since there is no ice on it. My fiance is going to a bridal show on saturday so I'll have some time to fart around(literally)

Might go for steamers on Saturday morning.
Even if it's raining I'll be outside my boys for some of this great weather.
Watch all Playoff games.
with the water temps @ 47, this might be the time to try for cod from the beach or the east end of CCC.
GO PATS!!!!!!!

Laying about 500sq.ft of tile tomorrow.
Ripped up the last of the old tile today.
Long story but be forwarned: if you buy tile at Home Depot, make sure you buy a couple of extra cases for breakage in the coming years. I didn't and they discontinued the tile I needed. tried everywhere including the mfg in Thailand. Wanted me to buy a pallet minimum!!!
Oh well, new floor. Old lady is happy so maybe I get a bigger boat next year.

Sat - Heading down to Chatham to meet up with my cousin. We are installing a new GPS on our 17' Whaler. Trying to get her ready for a possible Thames River run in the coming weeks if weather cooperates. Then maybe over to the Squires for a couple cold ones.
Sun - Pats game!!!!

You know those chores that you don't do in Summer 'cos you're fishing and don't do in Winter 'cos you're freezing? Well this year Winter is a guilt removing gift. And the Pats!!

My wife and I will go to church Sun. and we have party to go to Sun. afternoon. All depends how she feels.
