I started working on mine today. They're all turned, I'll drill and seal later this week. Then it's on to making lips. This is by far the biggest batch I've ever done and I'm starting to wonder what I got myself into! It's funny, I usually make plugs in batches of 10 so I thought the 40 I decided to do shouldn't be too much of a big deal. I was wrong. I don't know how you guys that make big lots all the time do it. Once this is done I will be making one at a time from now on so I don't burn out too bad and stop building all together!

I agree big batches are tough you have to have everything set up for large runs.To get mine going first thing i did was build and test out all the jigs first and that took time just to get things right. The good thing is now i can pop out a bottle plug from start to finish in about 5 mins.
