Jon Gruden was in his early 30s also when he was hired by the Raiders,
not much coaching experience either !
If I remember correctly, he was Mike Holmgrens gofer for a few years!
Hopefully if this guy works out and gets us going in the right direction, Al Davis will leave him the F*** allone !!!
