I'm with Flap and Backbeach Jake,The ones that I am going to war with, I just brush the goop on once the plug is rigged, trying to get it as close to water tight as possible..

The purdy ones that people plan on hanging,I do a little differntly, I use a divider from one of the hundreds of plastic lure cases that are strewn around my shop and garage, they come in different thicknesses, I slide the proper size one in the slot and remove it once the epoxy sets up, if I have screw holes in the top of the plug, I use small plastic screws to put in the holes to keep the epoxy from filling the hole.... I dont do many this way IMHO It's a PITA and the pre rigged ones dont look half bad.... I hate finishing/painting.. Id rather turn and fish 'em nekid!
