We're talking about a native to the area and who shot it, not how much it consumes or takes from the striper food chain.
The whole area we fish in, is so worn down. The slightest change in fishing or harvesting habits seems to carry profound effects. We must all do our best to release what ever we can to ensure a future for our hobby.

I bet more dead fish is thrown over the side of draggers than the seal population of the outer cape eats each day.
