Scotch... Tough call but I'd say a 30" fish wouldn't be good for the tourney. It's a team tourney where the largest 3 fish (bass or blue) of the team are added up... I usually wouldn't keep a 30" fish for any reason, unless I could not revive it... Might see you out there
