I know it's hard to not be nervous but do your best to relax and have confidence in the doctors and you'll do fine. I know, it's easier said than done but the less anxiety the better.

Made it, wasn't good. Worse pain I've ever been through. Over an hour of needles in my back. He says I have a ruptured disc so I guess surgery next. Thanx for the good thoughts guys, it helps.  |
