French with a vewy strong accent.
Could have been Breton, strong localism here...

Last december some kind of a..hole just assaulted me on his BIG RIB a few miles at sea "get off that place or I sink your boat !!!"

Not these ones, but lovely people when you get to know them (well I am one of them lol)
