i'd build a gigantic geodesic dome out in the desert on top of a subterranean lake and create an oasis there....

beside my private air strip....

buy as much ocean front in snooty neighborhoods... tear down the McMansions, and open access to fishermen and their family's.. tent cities... just to piss the rich bastage neighbors off
