For what its worth: I've tried loading with bunker oil. Problem is the oil leaks out of the plug into your plug bag and the whole bag becomes an oily and slippery mess. Besides, when the fin is in the water, sea water tends to leak "into" the plug instead of the oil seeping out (until it's in your bag). Eventually your fin becomes overloaded. Maybe you can learn from my experience.
