I'm on a PC all day jumping between about six different programs and functions for about 8 hours a day and I eat lunch at my desk. I keep this website up at work because throughout the day it provides me a quick break with an incredible amount (you can't imagine) of stress reduction, a wealth of knowledge, a great sense of humor and the people are top knotch!
